This document constitutes the consultation plan. It provides a proposed Statement of Community Consultation for the Mersey Tidal Power project and has been prepared for consultation with Local Authorities. The document that will be published as the formal Statement of Community Consultation is attached at Annex A. This will be published following consultation with Liverpool City Council, Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council, Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council, Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Halton Borough Council, Warrington Borough Council and Cheshire West and Chester Council.
